FoulTruth_Ai is an analytics product that surfaces publicly available officiating, team, and player data. This policy explains what data we collect from you, why we collect it, and how to control it.
Data we collect
The table below summarizes the categories of data FoulTruth_Ai collects, how each is used, whether it is linked to your account, and whether it is used to track you across other apps or websites. We do not use third-party advertising trackers, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.

How we use your data
- Provide and operate the service (sign-in, Pro access, feature delivery).
- Process payments and manage subscriptions through Stripe.
- Diagnose crashes and errors, and keep the service secure and reliable.
- Understand aggregate, non-personal feature usage to improve the product.
- Respond to support, feedback, and privacy requests.
Tracking & advertising
FoulTruth_Ai does not use third-party advertising trackers, ad networks, or cross-app/cross-site tracking SDKs. We do not share your data with data brokers and we do not build advertising profiles about you. We do not use the iOS IDFA or any equivalent identifier for advertising.
Accounts & authentication
When you sign up, we store your email address and an authentication identifier through our managed authentication provider. We use this only to identify your account, deliver service emails, and gate access to paid features. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
Account deletion
You can permanently delete your account at any time from Account → Delete account. Deletion removes your login, profile, saved preferences, and assigned roles, and cancels any active Pro subscription so you are not billed again. Public, non-personal content (e.g. game judgements, methodology pages) is not tied to your account and is not affected. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you cannot access the in-app option, email support@foultruth.ai.
Payments & subscriptions
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. We store a Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, plan, and status so we can grant Pro access and let you manage billing. Stripe acts as a separate data controller for payment information; please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details. Refunds and payment disputes are handled per our Terms and Stripe's terms.
No wagering
FoulTruth_Ai is a statistical analytics product. No wagers, bets, or real-money transactions of any kind are placed through FoulTruth_Ai. Where market prices or props are displayed, they are shown for informational and analytical context only.
Diagnostics & logging
We log basic request metadata (route, status, timing) and may capture crash and error reports for reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention. Diagnostic data may be linked to your account when you are signed in. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.
Cookies & local storage
We use local storage and cookies only for essential functions: keeping you signed in, remembering theme preference, and preserving in-progress UI state. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Data retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data is removed promptly. Diagnostic logs, request logs, and IP addresses are retained for up to 90 days for security, abuse prevention, and reliability, then automatically expire. Stripe retains payment records as required by law.
Children
FoulTruth_Ai is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent or trade it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can exercise most of these rights directly in-app via Account settings, or by emailing support@foultruth.ai.
